Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery

  • We deliver catering orders directly to the restaurant according to the agreement made at the time of ordering.
  • Delivery time and date are adjusted based on the customer's needs and our availability.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery can be received at the agreed time and place.

2. Order Handling

  • Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to additional charges.

3. Shipping

  • The shipping cost varies depending on the individual agreement between us and the restaurant.
  • The shipping price will be stated at the time of ordering or in the contract agreed upon between the parties.

4. Payment

  • Payment can be made via Nets Easy after delivery or by invoice according to the agreement.
  • Invoices have a payment term of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in interest charges and reminder fees.

5. Cancel Order

    Changes and cancellations are made via email.

    Cancellations made after 2:00 PM for next-day delivery will be charged the full price.

    Buffets, finger food, and conference packages must be canceled no later than 2:00 PM, 5 business days before the event; otherwise, the full price will be charged.

    For Ericodine, changes in the number of guests can be made until 2:00 PM on the business day before the booking. Cancellations must be made no later than 3 business days before the booked date, otherwise the full cost applies.

    Since catering products are perishable goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

    If the delivered goods do not meet expectations or are defective, a complaint must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

    We guarantee the quality of our catering products until the agreed delivery time.

    Once delivered, the responsibility for proper storage and handling falls on the customer.
